With 18 years of corporate experience and a consistent national leadership record at the Tata Group, Sundeep blends strategic thinking with creative execution. A gold medalist in Advertising and a certified Thomas Profile Assessor, he’s known for his ability to transform ideas into meaningful experiences—be it employee engagement, brand events, gifting campaigns, or experiential journeys.

Neeraja Singh is a dynamic first-generation entrepreneur with a passion for creativity, innovation, sustainability, and impact. She is the Co-Founder of Dreamz Studio, a firm known for curating unique concept events and offering an extensive range of corporate gifting solutions.

She is also one of the Directors at C-Forth Energy Pvt. Ltd., a company focused on ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) consulting. She is a globally certified ESG consultant from The CGI University, UK. She also is a certified trainer by Dale Carnegie University and has completed Train the Trainer certification from Tata, equipping her with powerful tools in communication, mentorship, and leadership.

Neeraja brings over a decade of corporate experience with multinational companies before embracing her entrepreneurial journey over eight years ago. Her transition from employee to entrepreneur was fuelled by a desire for independence, creativity, and the drive to build something impactful. She now successfully runs multiple business verticals, including event management, corporate gifting, and ESG consulting.
